Filing Fees
Filing fees have increased since July 31 2007. These costs are included when you receive a quote for service from us. American Experience also pays for express postage as part of our service, so there are no additional costs when you receive your estimate for service.
Letters of Invitation
A letter of invitation is an essential element when inviting relatives, colleagues, or friends to visit you in the United States. Not all invitations get approved but an effective letter containing key points is necessary for your invited guest. We can assist you in completing an invitation letter in very little time and advise on how to send it to the proper location. Please be aware, the United States does not have an “invitation visa”. Letters of invitation are submitted in support of a request for a tourist or business visa.
Illegally in the United States?
If you are in the United States illegally, we cannot help you. Once you demonstrate that you will not abide by the laws of this country, the American government assumes you will continue to break it’s rules. There are experienced attorneys who can assist you in an effort to clear your name and we can recommend them on a case by case basis. We caution all to never allow yourself to become illegal as it’s a very serious issue and difficult to repair.
Disclaimer:
We are not attorneys nor do we charge their fee structure. However we do offer assistance in completing paperwork and translation of documents in a professional manner. Our methods are proven to meet the USCIS guidelines and our bi-lingual staff will communicate to all parties in their native language. This ensures you are fully briefed on the process and what to expect at your interview.
