American Experience will offer online Hebrew document translation services via it’s linguistic portal at InterpretOrlando.com. The new service began as an idea between an Israel based translation company and American Experience during a discussion in early 2009. The concept was straight forward but the complexities of the Hebrew language presented several challenges.
There are an estimated 6.4 million Jewish speakers in the United States but the ability to find authentic Hebrew translators can be challenging.

“Handling everything from personal documents to technical manuals was the key to success and our colleagues in Israel are very qualified in this regard”, said Natalya Illarionova, President of American Experience.

The technical side of the project also presented challenges for the linguistic portal. “We had never worked with a language that read right to left, which required  the website code to adjust for Hebrew but not change the rest of the site.”, said Jef Gray, CEO of American Experience. “Our colleagues in Israel were very helpful with that and helped us keep the  the text natural to a Hebrew reader.”

A client can upload, email or fax their documents via the InterpertOrlando.com website and receive a quote for the cost. Once accepted, the work begins and the client has their professional translation with a couple days. “The client doesn’t go any further than an email but the document actually travels around the world to Israel and back via the Internet.”, said Gray.

Hebrew Document Translation is one of several language services now available at InterpretOrlando.com.  Russian, Romanian, Czech, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Japanese translators and interpreters are also available.
