No Warranty
 American Experience LLC makes no warranties or guarantees of immigration package approval or processing time. All authority on approval, routing, communication and processing time is under the control of the Department of Homeland Security, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.  Furthermore, American Experience will take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy of documents but the accuracy of any form, application or supplemental document is the responsibility of the client, not American Experience LLC.

Data Protection
American Experience LLC’s does not share your information with anyone. All data on clients is confidential and remains confidential during and after services are rendered.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless American Experience LLC, its affiliates and associates, agents, or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of information your provide, services rendered or transmitted as a result of any transaction done on or through American Experience LLC’s websites, office correspondence or phone conversations.

Force Majeure
American Experience LLC shall have no liability to you for any interruption, denial or delay in the processing of your case once the package has been submitted to the USCIS, irrespective of the cause.

Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.

Acceptance
Use of these American Experience LLC’s services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
