This is a premium, all inclusive Fiancé Visa package, Here is what the service covers:

Completion of the following forms
1. I-129F Form, Filing fee of 455.00 included.
2. Biographical background form on you and your fiance
3. Letter of Intent to Marry
4. Financial Affidavit
5. Petition Cover Letter
6. Proof of Employment or Financial support letter
7. Details of the Relationship package
8. Tracking of your package en route to the USCIS and instructions on how to track it at the processing center.
9. Copy of documents sent to your Fiancé before the interview
10. Confirmation of Visa Acceptance or rejection from the Embassy

Phone interviews with you and your Fiancé to gather details, specific documents and personal data.

Interview preparation for your Fiancé, including guidance on the medical exam, embassy questions asked, how to answer and what to expect before and after the interview.

Professional translation of any documents requiring translation such as, birth certificate, police reports, forms or letters.

Post arrival follow-up service:

Getting your Fiancé into the United States is only the beginning. We offer help long after the Embassy interview is completed. Our clients receive a private  email address where they can send questions that arise after their Fiance arrives. This becomes critical whether marriage does or does not occur.

Existing Visa Service clients also receive a discount for Green Card filing after the marriage.

OK, I'm interested but how much will it cost?

The cost of the complete Fiancé Visa Service is $2500.00*

*Fees are payable in two installments. The first payment (down payment) of $1500 is due up front. The second payment of $1000 is due when the package goes to the Embassy in your Fiancé’s home country. Typically this will be 5-6 months after the first payment, based on the delivery of key documents from you and your Fiancé.

1. All pricing is based on the premise that there are no reasons why you cannot marry or file a petition for your Fiancé to join you in the United States. All payments are non-refundable with exception of the second payment in the event the package is not completed due to unforeseen circumstances emerging during preparation. Once your package is completed, full payment is due before it will be sent out.

2. No one can guarantee your petition will be approved as this authority rests with the USCIS and the State Department. However we can guarantee your package will be as accurate as the information you provide and completed in a manner based on proven applicants success.

How do I start the service process?

Fill out the form below and we will contact you to go over the details of your case. After that you will be given instructions on where to mail your down payment and supporting documents.

Once payment is received, we will begin working on your package. We will contact you and your Fiancé to conduct an interview in both of your native languages. At this time you can ask questions, provide us further details of your relationship and clarify any areas we feel need better explanation in your forms.
