Adjustment of Status Services

Each year immigrants apply to change the status of their Visa to allow them to remain in the United States for a longer period of time or as a process towards citizenship. Unlike non-immigrant visa's (where you do not plan on staying in the US) the adjustment of status or I-485 is the form used to establish you as a person intending to stay long term. The form can be filed at the same time as work permission and advanced parole documents--which is advised.

The process of completing and gathering all documents is lengthy and tedious. The accuracy of this package is critical due to the high cost of the application and the length of time an applicant must wait before an interview is granted.

Once at the interview, more questions are presented to establish facts and test the validity of the applicant. It can be stressful, intimidating and even humiliating depending on a persons situation. But with the right preparation and coaching you can survive this "immigration journey" and be more confident about each stage of the process.

That is where American Experience can help. We are a company devoted to immigration and adjustment concerns. We assist foreign students, workers, fiance's and others in navigating the confusing waters of immigration paperwork.

Our staff has experienced these steps first hand and has interviewed hundreds of others who completed the same steps you are considering today.

Our pricing model varies on the needs of each client. Some may want to do most of the work themselves and have a final review by our staff to ensure nothing was missed. Others take a look at the work and want us to take care of everything for them. Wherever your interests are, we can work out a structure and price plan to suit your needs.
